At first, I was skeptical due to my bad experiences with moving companies in the past. Some are were rude with while offering poor services, while other delayed and either lost or damaged my stuff. Andre and Francisco helped me move from one apartment to another. I have an unusual amount of furniture, but they did the move in less than 5 hours. I knew I would be so upset trying to attempt the move myself. So, I looked through a lot of movers online and got these two dudes to do all the heavy lifting for me. Worth every penny. I had boxed most of the items, but they got the furniture easily, disassembled / reassembled the bed, and packed up / moved my closet. Everything came in well under their initial estimate of hours. I’m a government officer and I often have to move from one city to the other city. Last month, I had to move from Alabama to my destination Miami and for this; I was hunting for an economical moving company. Luckily, one of my neighbors let me know about Road Runner Moving & Storage Company. It was a new provider for me, but I hired it for a safe, professional, complete and economical move. This is a wonderful, professional company. Even before we moved, I was impressed because natalie called to clarify our situation based on what I had told them about the size of the move and they had done research about the square footage of our house, which was bigger than the number of bedrooms I had given them. On the day of the move, Kevin and Keenan were perfectly on time and moved all of our things from our house to a storage unit and all of the crew were superb. The movers were efficient and kind, overall a pleasant experience.

Andre and Francisco our movers were exceptional. I thought the unloading of the moving truck would take at least three hours. They were finished in 3 1/2 hours. They did an excellent job and were on time, friendly and never would take a break! Everything had to be moved off of the moving truck and up a flight of stairs. Quick, efficient and all other moving description clichés lol. They even put up with me doing a bit of micromanaging of how to put things in the truck at first. But Marcos handled it well and told me they have a specific way to stack the truck to both protect the things and to get more in there in less space. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Road Runner Moving and Storage. Every part of the horribleness that is moving was made easier with them. Starting with getting a quote with Bob over the phone. He was detailed and gave very helpful advice on packing. Marcos and his crew were on time, effective and efficient in loading and unloading my belongings. The movers were polite, professional, and genuinely took good care of my things. They were conscious that they were on the clock and worked very fast. I had a second bedroom that I used as a storage room that was a nightmare to move. They tackled the job with determination, efficiency and a good attitude. I had plenty of communication with the team leader. He would ask questions with any of my items that needed special attention to make sure the packing and moving was done correctly. All them were truly a delight to work with.

Marcos and Andre, the movers from Road Runner Moving and Storage, were awesome. These two gentlemen were efficient, fast, and friendly. They made my family feel very comfortable, especially the kids who were getting impatient with not having their toys to play with during the process. But they made them feel useful when they asked to help, giving them small boxes and raising their efforts. The movers were great. I despise moving but they were professional, cheerful, and really quick. I had them pack up some of my stuff and they did a great job on that, and I couldn't believe how fast they got everything into my new place. They came in just under the estimate, which was a nice surprise. They had lots of practical advice too about ways they could minimize time/effort. And again, they were a breath of fresh air with how cheery they were compared to my miserable-from-packing self. And obviously they did everything by the book - carefully shrink wrapping furniture and padding it with blankets. Moving is the worst, but I was thankful I chose these guys!

These guys were super professional and friendly. My family and I moved from a 3 bedroom to a 6 bedroom house, and the team of 3 movers was able to complete the entire job within the minimum time allotment (3 hours). They treated our belongings with much care and made sure nothing was damaged or broken or scratched during the move much to our relief.The team also helped us to bring stuff to a storage area near by without additional charge. Worked with Steven over the phone on rates. Once we both agreed on a date, the move began. It was great seeing their crew in action. The movers worked quickly and efficiently. Expertly maneuvered my heavy items, also they laid down cloth to make sure the floors didn't get one scratch on them. This was definitely a five-star experience from start to finish. Outstanding service! I moved in Atlanta a one bedroom apartment with couches, an ottoman, dining table, dresser, night stand x2, with a lot of boxes. Ronald and Jax showed up exactly on time, were courteous , moved everything in two hours, and they have insurance and workers comp insurance as well which was required by my building. Extremely efficient and wasted no time and didn't take any breaks, I will be hiring them again the next time I move!

Without prompting from me, they carefully wrapped anything that looked marginally delicate. They were extremely fast, efficient, and did not come close to damaging anything. he price quote that I got was great and the company was responsive to all the questions I had and special requests I was going to make. I had a window that they had to stick to for the move due to lack of parking and they made it happen. Showed up right on time and completed the packing. Our first time using any moving services ever and I definitely recommend road runner moving and storage. We decided to use Road runner moving and storage after some research. They responded quickly and even though they were booked for that day, they still were able to work with us as they heard the urgency that we had so we were able to do a same day move. Seriously, the nicest guys to help you move. They dissembled the bed frame and then assembled it at the new place so quickly and effortlessly. I noticed they packaged all items in a red blanket and tape so that it doesn't get scratched up or damaged during the move. They took their time and didn't rush the move either. Road Runner Moving and Storage did an excellent job for our move from New York to Boston. The walkthrough estimate, which is what I recommend, was very thorough, documenting everything that would be moved, and provided us a competitive, written estimate on the spot. The morning of our move day, about 9 am, they arrived promptly, worked hard, cheerfully, and efficiently, and by 3 pm that day we were in our new home! I had interviewed a few other movers but I'm so glad I went with them. I also told our Realtor about what a great job they did and hope she can steer some more business their way.
