Richard Harms and Scott M. Harrigan with a combined legal experience of over 36 years, have worked closely as Counsel to each other for close to ten years providing quality representation to our clients, culminating in the formation of Harms & Harrigan, LLP., on February 1, 2016.
The formation of our law firm was based upon a shared vision of providing hands-on personalized representation to our clients.
