Fresh taste meal prep was created out of a need to bring fresh, fully cooked and refrigerated meals to those in need here in the valley. Owners Chef Tom D’Ambrosio and Director of Sales Kyle Hollenbeck were born and raised in Phoenix AZ. They have opened 3 food truck concepts, 3 restaurants and a commissary over that past 6 years. Chef Tom is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and has worked under some of the most talented Chefs here in the states. He wanted to put his fine dining talents to great use by creating meals that are fresh, wholesome and convenient. They always wanted to create a meal prep company but were waiting for the right time to launch. At the beginning of 2020 they felt that it was the right time a meal donation program to help those in need via their company Aioli Gourmet Burgers & Catering. Everyone enjoyed the meals so much that they decided to offer the meals for purchase for delivery or pick up. The meals kept selling so they deiced to launch Fresh Taste Meal Prep!
