Summer McStravick, thought leader and architect of Flowdreaming, rose under the tutelage of self-help luminary Louise Hay. By 2005, Summer designed and ran programs for HayHouseRadio.com, one of the first live-broadcast radio networks streamed online.
After a decade of teaching and development, Summer unveiled Flowdreaming, a way to program your future through the language of the universe - emotions. Her live, weekly radio show and podcast has amassed over 1.8 million downloads and consistently ranks within the Top 15 in iTunes spirituality.
In 2014, McStravick launched M.E. School to teach Flowdreaming and Empathic Intuition directly to coaches, entrepreneurs, and regular people who aim for true inner breakthroughs and empowerment.
Summer lives in Southern California with her high-school sweetheart and husband, Charles, along with her two school-age children. She can be found in her organic garden or traveling the world (with over 23 countries checked off!).
