In 2003 experienced trial lawyers Ben Shafton, William D. Robison, Gideon Caron and Bruce Colven joined forces to form a firm specializing in civil litigation in State and Federal courts in Oregon and Washington with over 80 years combined trial experience in personal injury, premises, wrongful death, insurance, construction, estates, will contests, employment and commercial litigation. Tom Hojem joined the firm in 2014. Tom is a graduate of the University of Oregon and the University of Washington School of Law.
