Despite all of this, we like watching certain shows on TV. We watch mainly music shows, but we also watch travel or history channels. TVs are also essential to watch movies. While we enjoy watching movies that span a variety of genres, I prefer action movies, sci-fi, and comedy movies. We have four televisions in our house, spread across three rooms, and to the outside.
My kids love music channels as well as almost all TLC channels. My mom likes to watch animal shows on TV and also numerous cooking channels. Often, she cooks a dish that she sees on TV, it's often delicious and unusual. My husband is unable to tear himself away from the television when he is watching sports programs, and he especially likes watching hockey, soccer, and weightlifting. We love watching big events, like world championships as well as the Olympics together. This makes it a true family vacation, particularly when our athletes are successful.
