You can also change the settings of Followers on Facebook. By turning of the button of Followers from the setting tool then nobody can follow you and that will let only your friends to see what you post and that will also not have any sort of list that will contain the followers. Only your friends can send you friend request and when you accept then only those are the people who are friends as well as are following you. The public posts are on one way when followers can see and also comment and like your posts that is if you have allowed to do so by choosing it from the option itself in the Settings.
