Jill N. Chiappe is CEO and Principal Consultant for BeCoachable. She interviews and coaches top-level executives for 360° assessments and leadership development programs. She also trains small executive teams to remove any disfunction. These could be communication difficulties, misalignment or ethical problems. Jill has worked with CEOs and C-level executives at top companies since 2001. She has also trained multiple hundreds of corporate team members on key leadership topics such as handling conflicts, increasing production and streamlining teamwork.
