- A refund of deposit less a $50 charge per room will be made if we receive a cancellation at least 30 days prior to reservation date. If within 30 days of your arrival, refund policy (less the $50 per room fee) applies only if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation. Otherwise, your deposit is forfeited. Any cancellations received within 10 days (30 days for Weekly Rentals) of your arrival date will not be refunded and the entire reservation will be charged to your account. Management is not responsible for inclement weather, health issues, early departures or for any other reason beyond our control. There are no refunds or changes on one night bookings and gift certificates.
